How Do I Place An Order?
You may place an order by selecting an item in the store and follow the checkout procedure. You may also send an email to with t-shirt size, color, description, quantity and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment & Shipping
For International and Domestic customers, if you choose to pay with PayPal, Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfer, please refer to the following:
Your order will be automatically canceled if we do NOT receive payment from you within 10 business days, beginning from the date you confirmed your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
We ship via USPS First-Class mail and other shipping options are available at checkout. Outside North America we use USPS first class International shipping rates unless otherwise specified.
Please note: Import duties may be charged separately. As with any international shipment, your local customs office may detain the merchandise and delay its arrival while accessing appropriate duty charges. If the item is undelivered or refused, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We accept third party payment transaction software that are in partnership with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier's Checks and Wire Transfer. We do NOT accept Personal Checks, money order or Company Checks! If we receive any Personal Checks, money order or Company Checks, they will be returned to you. PayPal Customer Service Phone Number: 888-221-1161. Orders completed through PayPal will be processed in 24 to 48 business hours. If you send your PayPal payment via E-Check, your order will be processed when your payment Clears.
We only accept pay via Wire Transfer for International orders over $500. For orders paid with wire transfer, customers will incur a $20.00 ($25.00 for international orders) fee in addition to the total amount of your order, per our bank's policy on wire transfers.
EXAMPLE: If your order amounts to a total of $500, including the shipping fee, we will collect an additional $20.00, per our bank's policy on wire transfers. Therefore, you would pay a total of $520.00.
IMPORTANT: Please pay attention to any wire transfer fee(s) your bank charges you for wire transfers. BLReggae.com will NOT be responsible for any fee(s) collected by your bank. If your total wired amount is not complete as we requested, your order will be placed on hold until further notice.
After you transfer the money, please do remember to email us the Date and Transaction Reference Number of your payment for further verification. Your order will not be processed until we get the TRN#. Wire Transfer Information

Billing Terms & Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. For domestic orders, BLR DOES NOT accept international credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For international orders (except Canadian orders), we accept wire transfers only. We offer combined shipping for multiple items that are not marked FREE SHIPPING.
Returns & Refunds
We would love for you to be satisfied with your t-shirt purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we would be more than happy to refund your purchase price less shipping cost. Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receipt or purchase date. Items must be returned in the original container and condition. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
